1. Create the spreadsheet

First generate a two-column spreadsheet (.xlsx file) of your clients. Use the first row as header row. Label the first column as “Company Name” and the second column as “Company Number”. Then list your clients’ company names and company registration numbers under these columns.

2. Run DMD accounting management software

Run DMD Accounting Management Software by double-clicking on the DMD software icon. Click on the “Select File” button and choose the spreadsheet (.xlsx file) you have created. Your client list will be imported to DMD Accounting Management Software.

3. Process the list with accounting management software

Click on the “Run” button and your list will start being processed. After the processing is completed, you can either open the file by clicking on the “Open File” button or close the Accounting management software and open the spreadsheet you generated manually.

4. Enjoy the outcome!

Now you have an organised Excel list of your clients, complete with due dates for annual accounts and confirmation statements, dates of last accounts made up, last statement dates, and company status—all at a glance. Sort by any column to your preference and ensure you never miss a deadline again!
